Legally binding court orders require detail-oriented, efficient and practical monitoring for compliance.  I offer monitoring for compliance with court orders, consent decrees, settlement agreements and other legal arrangements to simultaneously address constitutional issues while moving toward compliance using real-world experience and knowledge.  My career has been dedicated to improving the provision of mental health services to individuals who are incarcerated.  My decades of experience in the provision of mental health care in large and small prison systems, as well as county and local jails, allows me to understand the unique challenges of the system or facility.  I appreciate the need for comprehensive and reasonable auditing; functional and useful support; and real-world guidance to move any system or facility toward compliance.  I am wholly dedicated to providing my reports and findings using understandable language and actionable recommendations in a timely manner.
